Aside from drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated, I also like to let my hair dry naturally instead of using a blow dryer because the heat can do some serious damage. I have full, shiny, healthy hair and I think it is in part due to my lack of using a blow dryer.

Learn to let go; hanging on to stress and anxiety doesn’t do anyone any good. Breathe deeply, and always, see beauty.

Lots of sleep and exercise! People get overzealous in their search for beauty and these two often go out the window.

Beauty sleep! I’m a wreck without a solid 8 hours every night. So crucial to good health, and good spirits!

Find a way to address your wellness, whether it be yoga, acupuncture, meditation, or whatever and do it regularly. I find that super cute high heels do the trick too.

Keeping an upbeat attitude. When I feel good, I look good…or at least I think I do and that’s what matters most, right?

Getting naked. You must feel comfortable with your body. After that, clothes really seem like dressing up to go out on special occasions. I want to feel gorgeous all the time.

I drink lots of water. I gave up soda long ago. I also try to eat a good healthy breakfast to start my day right. With my tight schedule I have a hard time setting aside gym time so I have a corner in my home, dedicated to my fitness ball and equipment for a spur of the moment crunch session.

likewise; all water, no soda. Cheers!

Find ways to stay clear headed and conscious every moment. Living in the moment and shedding worries about the past and future is the best way to become more flexible and responsive to the world around you. Maybe new possibilities and opportunities might open up.

The key is to not always dwell on the flaws of others and resisting life, but focus on the positive things. There is no such a thing as good or bad.
