One of my favorite parts of my job as a designer here at Chronicle Books is getting to work with some of the most amazingly talented and inspiring artists of the day. About a year and a half ago, I had the great pleasure of working with Sabrina and Eunice from Hello!Lucky and their co-author Shana Faust on one of my favorite projects, Handmade Weddings. I was a big fan before working on the book with them and am now an even bigger fan, if that’s possible. Their creativity knows no bounds and it’s always great see what new things they are dreaming up and making.

Last Friday, Hello!Lucky announced a new custom holiday collection that is seriously one of the most AMAZING collections I’ve seen to date.

It includes an unbelievable roster of artists and designers. Ester Aarts, Darling Clementine, Eieio, Tom Frost, Hammerpress, Suzy Jack, Jolby, Jacqui Lee, Lab Partners, Shannon May, Morris + Essex, Office of Nature, Pie Bird Press, Debbie Powell, Julia Rothman, and Karin Soderquist.

Suzy Jack’s Four Seasons accordion card just blew me away, it’s beyond perfect.

They are featuring the artists that they collaborated with, with their inspirations behind their designs and upcoming projects they are working on. It is a great glimpse into the work behind the collection.

On top of launching their new collection, they also debuted their new website last Friday. It has a brand-new customization tool, which makes customizing cards a breeze. If any of you have tried customizing things before, it can really be a bit of a to-do! True to the Hello!Lucky way, they have made the process infinitely more functional, and fun. The new tool allows you to change colors, choose fonts and drop in photos on the fly. It makes ordering fun and most importantly—easy!
