Opening the Door to Dim Sum

This pocket guide is a valuable tool for demystifying dim sum. As a food writer and dim sum devotee, I've used it, recommended it as I introduce them to the wonderful ritual of dim sum or yum cha.

To the unfamiliar, the phonetic pronunciations and the photos go a long way to helping one sort through the staggering choices. Anything that helps newbies relax and enjoy the experience deserves attention!
