Decent for the money

I love the show, so getting the cookbook was a no-brainer. What is difficult though is finding some of the ingredients used in the recipes in my area. I have to travel 45 min to a major metropolitan area to find them. That alone can make some of the recipes off putting. I've learned to substitute when I can and would still recommend this cookbook for gifts!
