Roxie Munro

Roxie Munro has been an artist from the age of six, when she won first prize in a county-wide contest for a painting of a bowl of fruit. She has supported herself all her life on her art, at one point freelancing in Washington, D.C. as a television courtroom artist. Clients included CBS, the Washington Post and the Associated Press.
She also creates oils, watercolors, prints, and drawings, primarily cityscapes, which are exhibited widely in the US in galleries and museums. Ms. Munro's work is in numerous private, public and corporate collections. Fourteen of her paintings have appeared as covers of The New Yorker. She is also the acclaimed author/illustrator of thirty books for children. Ms. Munro is married to the Swedish writer & photographer, Bo Zaunders.

Zachary Pullen grew up in Wyoming and later graduated from The Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus, Ohio. After graduating, Zachary moved to New York to start his illustration career. After six years, he returned to Wyoming, where he currently resides with his wife and son. His character-oriented illustrations have been seen in numerous publications including The New York Times Book Review, Sports Illustrated, Esquire, and The Wall Street Journal. He has also illustrated several picture books that have garnered honors such as the Texas Bluebonnet and starred reviews in SLJ and Publishers Weekly, and has been honored with acceptance into the Society of Illustrators juried shows.

Éric Puybaret
Éric Puybaret was born in France and lived for many years on the island of Guadaloupe. He studied at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs (ENSAD) in Paris. His first illustrated picture book to come out in North America was Puff the Magic Dragon; Manfish is his first title with Chronicle.

Sue Redding
Sue Redding is an award-winning designer and illustrator living in San Francisco, California. She is also an assistant professor of Industrial Design at California College of the Arts (CCA), and has also taught graphic design there. During her long career in design, her work has included being a creative director at an ad agency, designing for the biking industry (including creating bike helmet graphics), and working as a brand consultant for biomedical companies. But her real love is in designing and illustrating books for children. In her spare time, Sue rescues dogs from Guatemala and currently lives with her two dogs Piper and Laika.
