Jobs

How many people does it take to make a book? You might be surprised. From the editors and designers who dream up our products to the sales and marketing teams that get them out into the world, we look for curious minds that see things differently, and want to help others see things differently too.

If you are interested in applying for a job with us, email your resume and cover letter to jobs@chroniclebooks.com. Due to the large volume of applications, we are unable to directly communicate application status with everyone who applies. As the search process for each role unfolds, we will reach out to most qualified candidates. All job opportunities featured are active searches. If you are interested in a particular area of our company that is not currently hiring, be sure to clearly note your area of interest or preferred role in your cover letter and subject line of your application email.

Email is our preferred application method for all candidates and general employment inquiries. For creative roles requiring a portfolio submission in addition to a resume, include a link to your portfolio site in either your resume or cover letter. Be aware that it may take some time before we are able to review your application. If no suitable job openings are immediately available when you apply, your resume will be kept on file.
