SNOWFLAKES and SNOW DOMES

Snowflakes: 1. Fold a paper square into a triangle. (use colored paper and foil paper for variety) 2. The fold it again. (into a smaller triangle) 3. Now cut notches along the edges. 4. Unfold your beautiful snowflake. 5. Hang them from your bedroom ceiling, or use them as tree ornaments.

Snow Dome: The materials you will need are: A small jar, cleaned A very small plastic figurine (one that will fit in the jar) Super glue, model glue, or nail polish Egg shells, cleaned Several sheets of newspaper Can or rolling pin

Directions: Squirt a blob of glue on the inside of the jar lid and set the figure in it. Leave it alone for to dry. Spread the eggsshells between the newspaper sheets. Crush them to tiny bits by rolling a can over them (or rolling pin). Slide or spoon the eggshells into the jar, then ad water almost to the top. Squirt glue around the inside rim of the lid, and screw it on the jar. Dry it with the lid end up. Turn it over and shake your snow!
