    Indian Made Easy...Very Easy.

    This is a classic--and if you are interested in learning to cook Indian-- then Madhur Jaffrey is the best. This really IS quick AND easy. I highly recommend this cookbook for beginners or those well-versed in bringing Indian food to their table.
