What a cookbook should be!

This is my new favorite cookbook. There are photos to document every step in the process of making these delicate almond cookies with creamy filling. Beautiful color close-ups of the various color and flavor combinations, and best of all, a two-page spread dedicated to figuring out what went wrong and how to fix it. And a chapter at the back with yummy recipes for the leftover yolks you'll have after baking batches of macarons. I want all of my friends who bake to have a copy of this book.
