    Textile artist Denyse Schmidt is a former graphic designer and a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design. She has been featured in numerous magazines, including Metropolitan Home, Wallpaper, Martha Stewart Living, People, House Beautiful, and the New York Times. Her studio is in Connecticut and she is the author of Denyse Schmidt Quilts: 30 Colorful Patchwork & Quilt Projects, the What a Bunch of Squares gift line, and the Dots & Jots stationery line.

    Artwork = good Glue = bad

    There is nothing wrong with the artwork - I really like the images on the cards, which is the reason I bought these notecards. I also thought the idea of gluing them together like a book and pulling each card out as you need it was cool.

    However, there is either too much glue used or it's too sticky but for every card that I pull out, there's another one that rips (and yes, I'm being very careful). It is SO frustrating to ruin half the cards in the box. The glue problem is so frustrating, it outweighs the appeal of the artwork unfortunately.
