Top 25 Web site featured on "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart") launched in 2005, some of the first images posted were of adorable, laugh-out-loud funny, somewhat pathetic cats that for one reason or another were soaked to the bone. Whether they were caught outside in a rainstorm, rolled around in something foul and required a good scrubbing, or enjoyed bathing for fun, these cats got wet.
