Pretty Darn Good

10/11/11| Mercy D'silva
I used the book for Xmas '09 and I was very pleased. Everything I made was great but the Potatoes Gratin was outstanding. I am going to make the Beef Tenderloin, Brussel Sprouts, Carrots and Parsnips and the Yorkshire Pudding again. Just add salt to the YP. It needs it. Other than that the recipes are a keeper. Diane Morgan, never heard of her, but man she has good and really simple recipes. I am going to look for her other stuff too.
