Need some library eye candy? Of course you do!
We recently stumbled upon the Instagram @imratherfondoflibraries (created by Zach Houghton of @zachspassport)—an account that documents the beautiful ways libraries showcase books around the world. Check out some of our favorites:

The Bibliothèque nationale de France (the National Library of France) is located in Paris. Its beginnings can be traced back to Charles V who, in 1368, installed the library in a tower of the Louvre. Today, there are roughly twelve million tomes housed on 420km of shelves in its home in Paris. Photo by @une_olive. Tag your photos with #ilovebrary, too! Your photo could be featured on this page.

Sadly, the account hasn’t been updated in a few years…but maybe this post will help revive it.
Do you have a favorite library you’ve been to? It might not be as grand as some of these libraries here, but the San Francisco Main Library will always be special to me.
